Order Cancellation

  • We understand that sometimes after a purchase, you may want to cancel your order due to any reason.
  • We offer a free cancellation policy for any order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. However, if your order has been dispatched, you would not be able to cancel your order from the website.
  • In this case, you can refuse to accept the delivery and ask the delivery partner to cancel your order during the time of delivery

Refund(in case of pre-paid order)

  • You get a 100% refund within 24hrs if order cancellation is confirmed before the dispatch of your order.
  • However if the order is already dispatched and you cancel your order during delivery, you would not get the refund of delivery charges if paid any. Rest of the amount would be refund within 24hrs after the order cancellation is confirmed.
